Ensure fast, accurate and satisfying booking confirmation and housing process to patients in OPD & inpatient.
Answer inquiries and address complaints.
Keep updated records and files.
Link with housekeeping, nursing, medical and finance departments when admitting, transferring or discharging patients.
Assess the accuracy of reporting of the reservations quality of the front office and translating its results into guiding factors for the top management corrective actions.
Follow up with credit patients services reservation process.
Apply the discount percentage whenever needed.
Receive cash from patients and monitor check in & out process..
Handel Customer issues or problems so they can be resolved effectively and efficiently.
Escalate complex complaints to team leader.
Ensure going along with the operational strategies by determining job objectives, work methods, performance standards.
Implement the frameworks, policies and procedures that deliver effectively Operational and Strategic Plans which improve the front office services results.
Requirments :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, IT or hospitality background.
Nationality : Must be Saudi citizen
Gender : female
Years of Experience : at least 1 year experience in the hospitality field.
